Our latest £1000 Premier Lotto winners Dave and Sandra Croft from Armathwaite were delighted when they received an invitation to meet Keith Curle to collect their prize last week.
The couple are big Manchester City fans and were in regular contact with Keith just over 20 years ago when their daughter Diane was seriously ill with heart problems while they were living in the Manchester area.
They have an album full of City photographs, but Sandra’s favourite is a picture of second daughter Amanda in the Maine Road dressing room taken before captain Keith and his team beat Everton 4-0 back in August 1994.
