International superstar Lionel Richie will return to the UK in 2018, with a show at Brunton Park, the home of Carlisle United, on Sunday 17 June.
The date is part of a summer tour which will be visiting iconic venues across the country.
United’s Brunton Park stadium will be unrecognisable come the day of the concert with Lionel set to perform to a fully covered, all-seated audience [this includes seats located on the pitch area].

Wheelchair and disabled patrons should call Ticketmaster on 0800 988 4440 (opening hours Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10:30am-3:30pm) to purchase tickets.
Are there any age restrictions?
No under-14s unless accompanied by an adult.
Are all seats reserved?
All seats are sold as fully reserved for the concert.
Catering Village
A catering village will be located in the West Stand car park, with additional outlets operating within the Pioneer Stand concourse and elsewhere around the stadium. A range of food and refreshments will be available to purchase.
Please note there will be limited credit and debit card facilities. Cash Machine will not be available within the venue.
Car Parking
There will be no parking available on the day at Brunton Park. Please make alternate parking arrangements before making your way to the stadium. Please abide by all local traffic parking guidelines and regulations. Further information on local parking options will be announced in due course.
Stadium Access
Access to the concert will be via clearly defined entry routes. More information on access will be given ahead of the concert date.
What can I bring into the stadium on the day?
Please bring appropriate clothing to the forecast weather and your ticket.
We are unable to allow you to bring in food and drink, professional audio or visual recording equipment, or any large bags.
Please note, there will be no left-luggage facility at the venue.
What about security checks?
Please allow time for searches of individuals and bags / personal property prior to entry. Event stewards will be in operation on the day – please take time to say hello [as Lionel himself would say].
Arrive in good time as our enhanced security measures may mean that it might take a little longer to get into the venue.
In order to make the screening process go as smoothly as possible, please keep all personal items to a minimum.
Only small handbags and shoulder bags will be allowed. No large bags, rucksacks, picnic hampers or umbrellas are permitted.
Lastly, please smile as you may be recorded on camera as you enter and move around the site!
