Carlisle United keep things local for their third away friendly of the summer schedule as they travel to face Evo-Stik Premier Division side Kendal Town at Parkside Road on Wednesday 18 July [kick off 7.30pm].
United and Kendal have been regular opponents through previous pre-season campaigns and the Blues will once again be taking a full squad along for what is always an enjoyable fixture.
"This will be our second midweek friendly and, coming off the back of the Fun Day on the Sunday and the Saturday away trip to Penrith, it will see another increase in tempo to the training programme," boss John Sheridan said.
"It's another one to look forward to. From having spoken to staff at the club I know Kendal always look after us and they treat the game as a very competitive fixture. That's exactly what we want and need at that stage of our build-up."
