Carlisle United Football Club are pleased to announce that our popular annual Golf Day event at Carlisle Golf Club on Friday 6 July is now sold out.
And we are delighted to confirm that this year’s event will be sponsored by Online Systems.
Greg Morton, from Online Systems, said: “We are delighted to be announced as the Carlisle United Golf Day sponsor.
“We have worked closely with Carlisle United over the years and it’s great that our relationship continues to grow. The golf day will be great fun for all who participate, and we look forward to being part of it.”
Commercial assistant Katie Mitchell said: "We are thrilled that the golf day has sold out so quickly. It will be a great opportunity for our business community to meet the new manager and enjoy a round of golf at what is a fantastic facility."
There will be a shotgun start format this year, with a 1pm tee-off scheduled. Arrivals at the Golf Club are from 11.45am, where all participants will be served bacon rolls, tea and coffee.
On completion of the round there will be a two-course meal and presentations to our golf day winners will be made.
We will also be holding a raffle with income going to a local charity.
The World Cup quarter final match will also be screened after the meal (it could be the three lions involved in this one) and guests are invited to stay to watch the game.
