All you need to know ahead of the Exeter City home game
United host Exeter City on Sunday evening in what is bound to be an exciting and nail-biting encounter as two good sides begin the battle for the right to play in the big promotion finale at Wembley at the end of the month.Manager Keith Curle said: "We have two difficult fixtures coming up but we'll go through every scenario and we’ll take one game at a time. They’re a dangerous animal away from home and it’s probably their away form that’s seen them get into the play-offs. We’re mindful of that and we’ll prepare for it.
“I think momentum going into the play-offs is vitally important. There’s an air of arrogance and confidence within our group and that’s brought belief in what they’re doing with it. We’re in a place where we know we’re going to score goals and we know we can compete.
“The crowd will have a massive part to play on Sunday. We want a partisan atmosphere here because this is Brunton Park and this is our home. We need the fans to help us as much as they can because if they’re roaring us on I know we will perform."
