Meet the lads at our Easter holiday event

Carlisle United will be opening their doors on Tuesday 11 April and giving fans the chance to have a look behind the scenes at Brunton Park before a signing session and open training session with the first team squad.

To start things off on the day we will be holding stadium tours, starting at 12pm and running every 15 minutes until 1.15pm.

In a slight change to what has previously been advertised, the players and management team will hold a signing session in the new Sponsors Lounge on the West side of the ground [2pm start] where fans can meet the players, take selfies and get autographs and photographs.

The lads will then go onto the training pitch at Brunton Park for their training session [2.30pm start] and fans will be able to watch as the gaffer puts them through their paces ahead of the busy Easter period of a trip to Hartlepool on Good Friday and the home game against Stevenage on Easter Monday.

The Blues Store will be open on the day and will have special discounts and offers available, and there will be a QR Code treasure hunt around the ground coordinated by our Ticket Office staff.

Olga the Fox will also be there with some special Easter treats [thank you very much to CFM Cash for Kids for helping us with this], and our Junior Blues will be able to vote for their Player of the Season.

Ticket office manager Tarn Simmons said: "We know everyone enjoys watching the training sessions and we decided to make it extra special by adding an opportunity to meet the players and the manager as well.

"The ground tours will give our fans the chance to see some of the work done following the December 2015 floods and we'll also have some fun activities and events for all ages on the day.

"With it being half term we hope to see as many of our younger fans here as possible, and the manager has changed the training session to a 2.30pm start so that the children who go to our soccer schools can come along and see us as well.

"Fingers crossed for sunshine - but whetever the weather we think it will be a good day!"
