Main reception and ticket office now in Pioneer Foods StandCarlisle United are pleased to announce that we are now open for business from our newly refurbished ticket office and admin offices on the first floor of Pioneer Foods Stand [East Stand] from 10am this morning.
The new office build – completed by Story Contracting last week – sees the operational side of the business relocate to the east side of the stadium for the first time in the club’s 107-year stay at Brunton Park.
Chief Executive Nigel Clibbens said: “The impact of Storm Desmond is now well documented and the decision to move the day-to-day running of the club to first floor of the Pioneer Stand is a direct consequence of that.
“We’re very pleased with the work done by Story Contracting in creating a new, efficient and professional working environment for us and we think our fans and partners will be pleased with this step forward.
“It’s a big change, but it’s a real step forward and we think people will enjoy using the new ticket facilities and seeing the East Stand being put to such practical use in this important way.”
Entry to the new ticket and administration offices is via the Pioneer Foods Stand access road off Warwick Road. Please take care when entering and exiting the site and be aware that traffic flow is controlled by lights at this busy junction.
Pedestrians are to use the pathway along this same access road. Please be aware of moving traffic at all times.
The speed limit on site is 5mph.
Parking for customers and visitors is in our car park at the northern end of the access road [our match day supporters’ car park]. Please do NOT park on the access road.
There is limited space for disabled parking adjacent to the away fans entry gates at the north end of the Pioneer Foods Stand.
Main Reception is located on the first floor. Please access via the main door (as shown) and make your way up the stairs, through the blue double doors, and into the main reception area.
Visitors, guests and partners are advised to come to main reception where they will be directed to relevant member of staff or department.
The West Stand ticket office (formerly the Main Ticket Office) is CLOSED for week day sales. Ticket sales are now conducted from the new Ticket Office on the first floor of the Pioneer Foods Stand, during normal working hours.
Entry is via the door next to the Family Zone on the eastern side of the stadium. The Ticket Office is up the stairs, through the double doors and to the right hand side of the main reception area.
Ticket Office opening hours are 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday and from 10am to 5.15pm on weekend match days.
The ticket office telephone number is 0844 371 1921. Telephone sales are available from 10am to 5pm on week days and telephone sales can be processed on match day until 1pm. Tickets for that day’s game can then be obtained from the relevant ticket office around the ground from 1.30pm onwards. Calls to this number are charged at 7p per minute from landlines. Charges from mobiles may vary.

Match Day Ticket Sales
Match day ticket sales will be from ALL ticket offices as normal. Press, scouts, complimentary and pre-booked or arranged ticket collections will be from the ticket office on the west side of the stadium [the old Main Ticket Office]. There will be no access to the first floor of the Pioneer Foods Stand on match days.
Supporters who prefer to use the lift to get to the first floor are to ring the bell located externally on the main entrance door. A member of staff will meet you and assist you with use of the lift.
Events and visitors for Foxy’s Restaurant are to report to the west side of the stadium as normal.
