Season ticket sales update from Brunton Park
Carlisle United are delighted to report that season ticket sales for the 2016/17 season remain up as the first week of our Early Buy period comes to an end.
1,310 United fans have purchased their tickets since the first day of sale five weeks ago and interest has remained steady through the start of our three-game saving period.
Ticket office manager Tarn Simmons said: “At the same point last season we’d sold 1,181 season tickets, so it has been really encouraging for us.
“The fans we’re speaking to are saying they are really excited by the way the manager is talking about progress, and making sure we’re involved in a promotion battle next season, and I think we’re all looking forward to seeing which players he brings in to help us with that over the coming weeks and months.”
“The other encouraging thing for us is that we've seen a lot of fans take up a season ticket for the first time,” she added. “There’s a lot of optimism off the back of the fact we have just finished tenth and I thinks it’s fair to say everyone is wishing the season was starting up again next week.”
