Rod Stewart brings Hits 2016 to Carlisle
The Rod Stewart Hits 2016 Tour came to Brunton Park on Tuesday night and it was a massive success as over 16,000 fans watched the much-loved superstar go through a playlist of all of his favourite songs.Fans from across the country came to see the show and they weren't disappointed as Rod performed for over two hours at the EFL's most northerly outpost.
Sales and Marketing Director Phil King said: "A lot of work went into getting the event on and it was fantastic to see everyone having such a good time. It was good to show that the city and the club can host a major event like this and we'd like to thank everyone who had a hand in making sure that it went so smoothly."
