Result from the Tuesday afternoon youth friendly
United played well on their trip to the north east for an afternoon friendly against Newcastle United and they played the better football for long periods in an entertaining fixture.
Youth boss Alan Moore said: "The lads played really well and it was good to get a workout for the squad members who haven't had 90 minutes yet.
"Our legs tired with about ten minutes to go but there were a lot of positives."
