Carlisle United are delighted to report that season ticket sales for the 2015/16 campaign are up on the same stage last season with just one day of the Early Buy period left to go.

1,310 Blues fans have purchased their season ticket compared to 1,193 at the same stage last year.

Running again through the 2015/16 season is our fantastic offer with club main sponsor Virgin Trains which gives season ticket holders 25% off ALL travel on advanced bookings on the Virgin network.

Commercial director Dick Young said: "The feedback from our first year of this offer with Virgin Trains has been absolutely fantastic. Supporters have been using the discount, not only to get to United fixtures but to travel along the network for a variety of business and leisure reasons.

"We've found that the really exciting thing for our season ticket holders has been that the offer is valid for two people, and not just for the season ticket holder.

"Overall we feel this is one of the benefits which has made our season ticket package very attractive this time round."

Ticket office manager Tarn Simmons said: "We've been really happy with the response to the restructuring of our junior pricing system. The standardisation of prices has made things much simpler and there is a real feeling that we have catered for our fans of the future.

"Our Early Buy period runs until tomorrow and season ticket sales remain steady as we start to build up to pre-season and what we hope will be a success campaign."

Current season ticket holders have until 5pm on Friday 12 June to purchase their seat for next season.
