United travel to West Cumbria for their second pre-season friendly in the space of two days against Workington tonight - kick off 7.45pm.United first half: Hanford, McQueen, Raynes, Meppen-Walter, Brough, Balanta, Kennedy, Joyce, Hery, Asamoah, Wyke.
United second half: Gillespie, Miller, Raynes (Douglas 72), Grainger, McQueen (Hammell 60), Thompson, Kennedy (Dicker 60), Joyce (Sweeney 60), Hery (Walker 60), Ibehre (Kearns 70), Osei (Beck 70).

4 - Asamoah was pushed wide and he went close when he drilled a powerful shot just over from a tight angle.
8 - McQueen fed a free kick in from the right, Kennedy disguised a pass, but Simpson stepped across before Hery could break free.
10 - Another good attack from United left Asamoah in space. He went for the snapshot but it hit Wyke and bounced wide.
12 - Asamoah was played through by a chipped ball over the top. Mitchell was off his line but he was able to recover as the front man went for the lob.
12 - A high kick left United short at the back and Salmon was once again presented with a good opening when Meppen-Walter's clearance was charged down. Hanford adjusted to make the save down low.
22 - Balanta curled a corner to the penalty spot but Meppen-Walter glanced his header wide.
24 - United should have taken the lead when Asamoah flicked the ball on 20 yards out. Hery was in acres of space but Mitchell raced out to make a superb block. Wyke drilled the loose ball at the target but Mitchell recovered to make a second save.
31 - Long ball forward dropped off a touch from Meppen-Walter and Tymon was suddenly clean through. He went for a volley but lost his bearings and thrashed it wide.
33 - Asamoah found a yard and went for an instinctive volley. Calvert threw himself in the way and the ball bounced clear.
36 - A half clearance fell for Joyce 22 yards from goal. He struck a sweet volley but Mitchell reached across to tip it wide.
44 - United took the lead when Calvert hesitated in defence. Asamoah robbed it and popped the ball into the far corner with a lovely finish.
52 - Hery spread it wide to Thompson and his return cross found the wide man in space. A firm downward header was tipped wide by a great save from the stopper.
63 - Walker came on and immediately showed pace with a run and cross. Osei got a touch but it was a tight angle and he hammered it wide.
65 - Fine skill from Walker. Trapped it in space, spun on a sixpence and beat the keeper all in one move. It looked to be going in until it rattled the top of the bar.
67 - Raking pass from Grainger set Osei on a run. His touch and pace did the rest as he burst through and slotted it home.
71 - United almost bagged another when Sweeney timed a run from deep. His glanced header had the keeper beaten but it skipped just past the upright.
90 - A quiet 20 minute period ended with a late goal for Kearns. A Thompson cross was challenged for by Beck and Kearns did the rest as he mopped up the pieces, ran across the face of goal and drilled it home.
