Manager Graham Kavanagh on trial players and recruits
Manager Graham Kavanagh confirmed today that Wade Joyce, Jordan Laidler and Liam Marrs have ended their trial spells with the club.
“All three lads have been fantastic and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them to other clubs.
“Their attitude has been first class and they’ve been a pleasure to work with. We’ve obviously made some additions, which has had a bearing on the decisions made, but I can say with all honesty that they have worked hard and been a credit to themselves from day one.”
And on the search for more signings, he said: “We spoke last week about where we still want to strengthen and that work is ongoing.
“Hopefully we’ll have more news soon but it’s a case of getting things right for all parties and we can take it from there.”
