Saturday fixture postponed
United’s Saturday morning youth team home game against Blackpool has been postponed due to the recent bad weather.
“We’ve had a look at the pitch and the heavy rain we’ve had has made the surface unplayable,” youth team boss Alan Moore said.
“It’s disappointing but there’s nothing we can do about it. We’ll get the lads in for training on Saturday to make sure they’re ticking over, but I know they’re all looking forward to getting a game under their belts.”
