United drawn away to Morecambe
The United youth team have been drawn away to Morecambe in the second round of this season's Youth Alliance Cup competition.Goals from Matt Douglas and Danny Hodgson eased United through a tough first round game against York at the weekend and the Blues will now travel to Morecambe for their second round fixture at the beginning of December.
"We've played them already this season but this will be a tough away tie," youth coach Dave Wilkes said. "It was a good competition for us last season and it's one where we are looking to do well again. That means going to places like Morecambe and making sure we do the job properly."
