Today's match has been called OFF
Today's youth game against Rochdale has been called off following the recent heavy rain in the area.The game was due to kick off at 1pm at Creighton but a pitch inspection this morning confirmed that the surface was not in a playable condition.
"We played on the pitch on Saturday against Walsall and it was very heavy then," coach Eric Kinder explained.
"It hasn't had time to recover and unfortunately we've had to call this one off.
"We've been able to do it early enough to prevent Rochdale from having a wasted journey, which is a good thing, so both clubs will be able to use the time to get some extra training sessions in."
Details of the rearranged fixture will be announced as soon as they are confirmed.
