Hearts of Cumbria bike ride
The Hearts of Cumbria Appeal are organising a bike ride from Carlisle to Workington on Tuesday 9 July - and they want your help!
They would like six Carlisle United fans to take part in the ride with them to raise money for the Hearts of Cumbria Appeal, and a leukaemia charity chosen by Darren Edmondson, who is also taking part in the ride.
+ The 6 fans must be able to cycle the 40 miles
+ Pledge to raise at least £120 for the charities
+ Must be available on Tuesday the 9 July from midday
+ Arrange their own transport to and from the grounds
+ Be Over 18 and have their own bike
The ride will start at around 1pm and the route will go via the Cumberland Infirmary, out to Burgh-by-Sands, then down the coastal route to Workington.
