Madden to make move permanent
Striker Paddy Madden is set to sign a two-and-a-half year deal with Yeovil Town this week - on completion of all of the necessary paperwork.
Madden, 22, initially joined the Glovers on-loan at the beginning of October and has scored nine goals in his 15 appearances so far.
His form has prompted Yeovil boss Gary Johnson to make the deal permanent, for an undisclosed fee and with a sell-on clause attached, keeping the Irish U21 international with the Huish Park outfit until the summer of 2015.
Madden joined the Cumbrians on a two-and-a-half year deal during the January 2011 transfer window and scored two goals in his 35 appearances for the club.
