Salmon moves out on loan deal
Striker Alex Salmon has joined Alloa Athletic on a half-season loan deal which will keep him with the Scottish Championship outfit until 19 January 2014.
Salmon, 19, earned his first professional one year contract having completed his YTS programme with the club in the summer of 2013.
“This is another one which should be a good opportunity for the player to go and get some valuable pitch time,” manager Greg Abbott said. “It’s a very competitive league with the football played at a decent standard.
“Hopefully he’ll go there and play regularly and we will all then get the benefit from that.”
This transfer remains subject to the completion of all relevant clearance.
