Home draw for the Cumbrians
Carlisle United have been drawn to face Leicester City at home in the second round of this season's Capital One Cup competition.The Cumbrians earned the right to face the other Foxes with a thrilling 4-3 shoot-out win over Championship side Blackburn Rovers on Wednesday evening.
"Ideally you get a home tie in every cup competition so we're really pleased about that," manager Greg Abbott said. "They're another good side who have some fantastic players in their squad.
"They'll come to here to do the job properly and there's no doubt we'll have to be ready.
"There's a lot of football between now and then but it's definitely one for us to look forward to."
