Ticket sales going extremely well
The first day of general sales for the Capital One Cup clash with Tottenham Hotspur was as busy as expected with the early morning queue of fans, which at one point reached the southern tip of the paddock, eventually giving way to a steady procession of supporters who popped along to claim their tickets."We were at just over 6,300 when we closed the ticket windows tonight," media officer Andy Hall said.
"Reports from London tell us they are close to selling out their allocation, so it's going to be a fantastic atmosphere. We have three full days of general sales left to go [Friday of this week and Monday and Tuesday of next week - Ed] so it looks like it's going to be an excellent crowd."
