* Season Ticket Holders must be in possession of this seasons’ access card when purchasing their match ticket for this game. Season ticket holders can purchase their ticket for this game on the priority sale days and the access will be loaded onto the season card upon purchase. Please note that season ticket holder’s tickets are on reserve and they are guaranteed their own seat / ticket up until 10pm on Tuesday 18 September. After this date all reservations will be released, which means other people will have the opportunity to purchase any seat in our ground – season ticket holders can purchase other season ticket holder's seats as long as they are in possession of that person’s season access card.
** Membership holders must be in possession of this season’s membership card. If you are in doubt as to whether you hold a valid membership please contact the ticket office in advance of sales day and they will be happy to confirm your membership status.
*** Supporters who have attended at least 3 of the 5 home matches so far this season (and have provided personal details at the point of purchase) can purchase ahead of general sales. Again, if you are in doubt about the data we hold for you, and wish to check that you are eligible for sales on this priority day, then please contact the ticket office in advance of sales day and confirmation will be given of your validity.
Under no circumstances will the ticket office entertain ticket purchases on the priority sales days as listed above without the relevant season card, membership card or confirmed data.

** The person with a disability is charged the appropriate rate according to age and providing they can show evidence of receiving disability living allowance in the higher bracket of care then they can obtain a free carer ticket.

Methods of purchase:
+ In person - from the main ticket office only.
+ Telephone - call 0844 371 1921 and purchase tickets using a credit / debit card. Please note - to post tickets out we charge 50p and to use a credit card there is a £1 surcharge. The last day tickets will be posted is 5pm on Friday 21 September.
+ Online - click HERE and follow the online instructions. There are three options when using this service - tickets can be posted out to you, collected at the ground or you can print them at home yourself via the ticketfast option. On Priority sales days the online option will only be valid for the specific membership type.
Parking - Supporters are advised that parking will be available at the ground in the supporters' car park via St Aidan's Road and on the east side of the ground.
