Our first day of general ticket sales for the Capital One Cup round three meeting with Tottenham Hotspur next Wednesday has been extremely busy thus far with telephone and online sales ticking over at a vast rate of knots.Some fans are reporting a message on the telephone call-waiting service which suggests the ticket office is closed - this is NOT the case.
If you hear a message telling you to hang up or that the ticket sales service has closed, please ignore it and stay on the line.
Engineers are on the case and we should have this glitch ironed out very soon.
