Following fan feedback with regards to the sale of Blackpool away tickets, we can now confirm we have changed the sale arrangements as below:
Tickets will now be available to Season Ticket holders only from 10am on Monday 27 November. These will be available online, over the phone and in person.
Tickets will then be available to Season Ticket holders, Flexi Card holders and CUOSC members from 10am on Tuesday 28 November.
Any remaining tickets will then go on general sale at 10am on Wednesday 29 November.
Finance director Suzanne Kidd said: “When we have a situation where there are not enough tickets to meet demand, it is always difficult to try and find the best arrangements for everybody.
“The initial plan to put tickets on sale after the Charlton match was to make it more convenient for Season Ticket holders who were at the game as well as then making tickets available online for those fans who prefer to purchase online.
“However, we don’t want a situation where fans feel like they have to leave the match in order to purchase their tickets which is why we will now move the first day of sales to Monday.
“Season Ticket holders should check that their online account is set up correctly before tickets go on sale to ensure they receive priority.”
