Carlisle United v Shrewsbury Town, Saturday 2 September, kick off 3pm.
Four goals for and four goals against from the first five league games is only part of the tale for Shrewsbury with that mean defence helping them to secure three victories and nine points which sees them anchored in mid-table.
The lively Daniel Udoh netted the only goal in last weekend's 1-0 away win at Fleetwood. That came on 41 minutes from the visiting team's only shot on target at that point.
Last season ended with the news that manager Steve Cotterill was set to leave after two-and-a-half years at the helm, with Matt Taylor appointed to take over at the end of June.
That sparked a busy few days as midfielder Carl Winchester, who had spent the previous season on-loan from Sunderland, agreed a permanent two-year deal. Defender Morgan Feeney followed suit the following day.
Marcus Bignot joined the backroom staff as assistant head coach and winger Elliott Bennett was given a reprieve from his release by Cotterill with the offer of a 12-month deal, which he accepted.
Wing back Elliot Thorpe came in on-loan from Luton, and Tunmise Sobowal headed over from Waterford in Ireland to agree a deal.
The flurry of activity continued as former Barnsley defender Jason Sraha signed for a year, and Hibs midfielder Nohan Kenneh also arrived, this time on loan.
The build-up to the start of the season brought Sunderland defender Joe Anderson on-loan, and Taylor Perry committed to the Shrews having left Wolves.
Max Mata was another to leave Ireland as he said goodbye to Sligo Rovers to ply his trade at the New Meadow, and the experienced Mal Benning left Port Vale to pen for a year.
Huddersfield forward Kieran Phillips, who had worked with Taylor at Walsall, agreed a loan to bolster the striking options.
There are a couple of very familiar faces in the Shrewsbury ranks - Morgan Feeney and Ryan Bowman amongst them - but we're going for Daniel Udoh as the one to watch.
Now into his fifth season with the Shrews, he's closing in on 150 appearances for the club and has 27 goals across that time.
He can play out wide, through the middle or just behind or alongside the main striker, usually Ryan Bowman, and can create as well as finish things off.

Ryan Edmondson opened the scoring in the Carabao Cup meeting between these teams at the New Meadow in August 2022. Luke Leahy levelled it up on the stroke of half time, but the game really sprang into life in the final 15 minutes. Daniel Udoh gave the Shrews the lead, only for Kris Dennis to peg things back. But added time was avoided when Chey Dunkley grabbed a late winner.

A six-year gap of not facing each other was breached in December 2021 when the Salop headed north for a second-round FA Cup game with the Blues. Tom Bloxham and Ryan Bowman established a two-goal cushion but Jordan Gibson rattled nerves with a strike in time added on. The Shrews saw it through to secure their progression.

The Shrews were at Brunton Park back in February 2015 prior to the FA Cup meeting above. It all appeared to be going to plan when Charlie Wyke put the home side ahead on 66 minutes, but football can be a cruel mistress sometimes. With game management completely chucked out of the window James Collins and Mickey Demetriou turned the game on its head as they both scored deep into time added on to win the game.
