Alternative to providing postcodes put in place
During the close season club staff got together with several different groups of fans to get feedback on issues and concerns surrounding the overall match day experience.A common issue raised was that supporters felt the ticket sales process needed to become more efficient, both on match day and when purchasing in advance.
With that in mind the ticket office staff have introduced a keyring system which will become an alternative to having to provide a postcode and surname when purchasing match tickets.
For just 50p you will be provided with a keyring which will have a unique client reference number.
All you then need to do is present your keyring at point of purchase to make the booking of your tickets simpler than ever before!
Keyrings must be purchased from the main ticket office, either in person or over the phone.
