We are pleased to announce that The Chippie Van has joined the growing group of official suppliers to the club’s new in-house catering operation.
Following on from McCalls announcement as official pie supplier and Cumbrian Tea as our official tea suppliers, we can now welcome The Chippie Van as our official fish & chip supplier.
The outfit operate the award-winning Angel Lane chippy in Penrith as well as their extremely popular mobile catering options and fans will now be able to sample their excellent cooked-to-order food on match days here at Brunton Park.

Owner Dan Harding said: “We are looking forward to bringing our award-winning chip shop fayre to support a great local team.
“We wish Carlisle the very best for the season ahead and it will be great to see many of their fans over the next year.”
Chief Executive Nigel Clibbens said: “It’s great to be able to offer fish & chips to fans on a match day and to have another quality food provider joining us.
“In the catering survey the fans said they would like to see fish & chips on offer and we said we would listen to any requests and suggestions that were made.
“This is another case of us doing that. The new partnerships we are developing are all steps forward in changing the catering experience on a match day, and overall at Brunton Park. It’s a process that takes time, but we can now see the progress that has already been made.”
Every pound of profit we make will be reinvested in the club. Spending by fans and businesses in the ground on our catering services will benefit the club more than ever before.
The responses to the recent catering survey indicated that it was important for them to know that profits made would be reinvested. This will absolutely be the case, and everyone can use our new catering facilities and outlets knowing that they are directly helping their club.
In the coming weeks there will be further announcements as more new catering developments are confirmed.
