We can confirm that due to the move to tier 4 restrictions, which means fans can no longer attend matches at Brunton Park, season ticket holders who paid by cash or card will receive free iFollow access for all future home games where fans cannot attend.
The new restrictions are in place immediately, meaning fans cannot attend the Leyton Orient home game on Saturday 9 January 2021.
Fans who are paying by direct debit will have their future payments stopped, and any January payments which have already been taken this month will be automatically repaid in the next 7 – 10 days. There will be no iFollow access for fans who paid for their season ticket by direct debit.
There will be no refunds given for any fan who paid for their season ticket by cash or card as per the information announced on 27 November HERE
Due to age restrictions, U7, U11 and Junior Season Ticket Holders under the age of 16 will not receive iFollow access.
Any fan who already had automatic access to iFollow during November will still be able to automatically access home games without the need for a promo code. Fans who did not set up an iFollow account earlier in the season and who paid by cash or card can request a promo code to gain free access on a match-by-match basis. Before requesting a code, please check if you already have access.
To check whether you have an iFollow account which allows you to watch home games, follow these steps –
1. Log in to iFollow on the club website
2. Click your name in the red navigation bar to get to the 'My Account page'
3. Click the + sign next to 'Purchased Packages'
If you have been granted access, you will see 'Season Ticket - Carlisle United' listed here.
This cannot be checked on the EFL iFollow app.
Please do this as early as possible, we cannot help with these issues once the match has kicked off.
To watch the match, head to the match centre via either the website home page, or the 'next match' link on the iFollow dropdown an hour before kick-off to tune in.
