Central defender Tom Wilson joined the academy system at a relatively late age, but he worked hard to make sure he earned his first professional deal at the end of the 2019/20 season.
A strong, no-nonsense centre half, he looks to defend first and foremost, but also use the ball well.
He picked up an unfortunate ankle injury in March 2020 and will be determined to complete his rehab as soon as possible so that he can get back into the fold.
