Keep an eye out around the ground on match days as the club’s Supporter Liaison Officer Geoff Weston walks round ready to help with any questions, queries, issues or problems you may have.
Geoff, appointed following last season's call-out to fans from CUSG and CUOSC, has a direct link to the staff at the club and will be on hand to deal with any observations or complaints that may arise on match days or, indeed, at any time during the week.
SLO weekend match day itinerary:
+ 1pm to 1.30pm – main reception on the west side of the stadium.
+ 1.30pm to 1.45pm – CUOSC surgery.
+ 1.45pm – A Stand Community Ticket Scheme.
+ 2.15pm – Around the ground.
+ 2.30pm – Pioneer Stand Family Zone.
+ 2.45pm – Around the ground.
SLO midweek match day itinerary:
+ 6.30pm – main reception on the west side of the stadium.
+ 7.15pm – Pioneer Stand Family Zone.
+ 7.30pm – Around the ground.
Geoff will be wearing a club jacket or hi-vis vest with SLO branded on the back and can also be contacted via the dedicated Twitter account - @CUFCSLO.
“I saw the advert on the internet and it’s a role I was really interested in,” he said. “Don't hesitate to contact me with any fan issues at any time, be that on a match day or through the week.
"I am here to help with issues such as ticketing, catering or problems with facilities and I am looking for feedback - good or bad - on everything we do.
"No complaint is too big or too small, in my opinion, and we would rather know what our supporters are thinking so that we can try to sort things out, or give reasons for why things are as they are.
"This role provides another avenue through which people can raise their concerns. I certainly won’t let anything go by.
"I’ll take any issues raised to the relevant people at the club and hopefully we’ll be able to resolve a few things along the way.
"That’s why I would urge people to talk to me if they see me, or get in touch, because this is something the club and the fan groups, along with myself, really want to make work to the benefit of all parties.
"I'm here to help fans visiting Brunton Park as well and I also urge them to call me on the number below if they feel they need assistance once they've got to the stadium.
"If there's anything people feel I should be doing, just let me know and we can take it from there. I attend the CUSG meetings and raise matters there on behalf of all fans, and that is also proving to be another good way of getting our issues discussed.
