Information for season 2012/13
Customer Ticket Office Information
The ticket office is open 10am - 5pm on weekdays. Although the ticket office is open on match days from 10am, after 2-30pm* we will be selling tickets for that day’s game only. The ticket office will then be open from 4:45pm - 5:15pm for supports to purchase any other tickets.
The ticket office phone number is 0844 371 1921.
This phone line is open 10am - 5pm on weekdays and phone sales can be processed on a match day until 1pm. Tickets for that day's game can then be collected from the relevant ticket offices around the ground.
This is done to ensure all supporters are able to get their ticket before the match and make it to their seat or standing area in time for kick-off.
* In the case of midweek games, from half an hour before kick-off.
Home Game Sales
Home game sales will begin two weeks before each match.
Tickets can be purchased over the telephone, in person at either the main Brunton Park ticket office or the Cumberland Building Society ticket pod on Fisher Street, or via the internet. Click
HERE for online ticket sales.
Tickets can be collected from the ground, or they can be posted out for a charge of 50p up until three working days before the game. There is now also a Print at Home option available when purchasing online - simply select the "TicketFast" option from our online ticketing site.
After the postage deadline tickets can be purchased over the phone for collection, or at the ground. Carlisle United cannot be held responsible for the vagaries of any postal service. In the event of loss of tickets or non delivery, Carlisle United Football Club only has to provide proof of posting.

This season we are continuing with the same ticketing system in all ticket offices. When purchasing tickets from all areas you will be required to provide your name & address details. This will create a booking history for you and you won't need to be asked every time you attend however you will be asked to confirm these details when collecting tickets.
Match Day Sales
At 1.30pm all the ticket offices around the ground will open and tickets can be bought from these ticket offices for the relevant areas.
These ticket offices will close 15 minutes after kick off. After that, tickets for that day’s game can be purchased at the main ticket office.
Collection windows at the main ticket office will open at 12.30pm and at 1.30pm at the east stand.
The east stand collections window is open for collection of east stand tickets and WRE tickets. All other tickets can be collected from the main ticket office.
The ticket offices are situated in the back of the east stand and next to the Paddock (South) turnstiles.
The main ticket office will only sell tickets for the seated areas in the Main Stand for the last hour and a half before kickoff.
Away supporters can purchase match day tickets from the away ticket office behind the east stand to be seated in east stand sections 2 and 3.
+++++++
Ticket Concessions
Concessionary tickets as well as Junior and Child tickets may be asked for proof of ID.
This should be brought with them to every match, as stewards reserve the right to check ID if they feel it necessary.
If any ID cannot be provided then the person with the incorrect ticket will be refused admittance.
The ticket will then need to be upgraded to the correct price bracket at the main ticket office and the price difference paid.
If proof of age can be provided within 5 working days of the game then the club will be happy to reimburse the difference in cost.
For this to be carried out effectively the person upgrading their ticket should leave their name and details with the ticket office staff who sold them the ticket.
+++++++
Wheelchair & Carer
A Wheelchair and Carers ticket costs £4. However, this section has limited space and we strongly advise these tickets to be bought in advance.
Our wheelchair sections are located in the east stand, towards the Warwick Road End, and in the Paddock.
A Wheelchair and Carer ticket is priced at only £4 due to the fact that the wheelchair user gets no choice of area and is seated at pitch level.
Please note - the Paddock wheelchair area is uncovered.
+++++++
Ambulant Disabled Supporters
Persons requiring a full time carer to accompany them to the match can get a carers ticket, for which there is no charge.
This can only be issued if, when purchasing the tickets, the person can show evidence of full time carer status.
The evidence we require is issued by the Department of Works and Pensions showing the disability allowance is in the higher band of care.
We strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance due to seating arrangements.
A fan with a full time carer pays more than a wheelchair user due to them being able to select the area they sit in and on them being able to use the facilities in the stand.
Young Person Rate
As part of the restructuring of the age groups for the 2012/13 season, a new price bracket has been introduced for Young Persons. This replaces the Student Rate and is available to anyone aged 18 to 22 years old. It has been brought in to help bridge the gap between Junior to Adult prices when you suddenly become 18, particularly for those who are unemployed or on low pay.
ID will be required when purchasing these tickets and if you are unable to provide this, a full price adult ticket will have to be bought.
Misplaced or lost tickets
In the event of match day tickets being lost or forgotten, supporters are advised to go to the main ticket office where, upon confirmation of address and booking details, they can be issued with duplicate copies of their tickets at half the cost of the tickets on sale that day.
The name and address of the supporter will be taken and they are required to return the original tickets, intact, to the main ticket office within 5 days of the game and the club will be happy to reimburse the price of the ticket, providing it is returned intact.
+++++++
Refunds
Refunds can be given throughout the week.
A customer must produce a ticket at the ticket office before it will be refunded.
No exchange or refund will be given unless the old ticket is produced.
Refunds can be issued on a match day, but only until kick-off.
Refunds will not be accepted on tickets if the game has already been played.
+++++++
Car Parking
The supporter's car park, situated behind the east stand, is open on a match day from 12.30pm and costs £2.50 to park.
There are approximately 400 available spaces in the car park, with a minimal number of disabled spaces at the front.
The disabled spaces are on a first come first served basis and a valid disabled badge must be displayed in the car window.
Visiting coaches are charged £15 to park, mini buses are charged £10.
+++++++
Season tickets
If a season ticket is left at home then the supporter should go to the main ticket office, where their details will be taken and upon proof of identification & seat clarification we will reprint your ticket for a chance of 50p.
If a season ticket has been lost then the ticket holder should report it immediately to the club. We will then be able to reprint a copy of your access card upon payment of a £5 admin fee.
Upgrades and Downgrades
To upgrade a season ticket the supporter must notify the ticket office of the change they wish to make.
The cost of the ticket will be the difference between the original standing season ticket and the new seated season ticket.
The price is based on how far through the season we are, ie, how many games have already been played.
Season tickets can also be downgraded and moved from a seating area to a standing area for a reprint charge of 50p.
Moving a season ticket does incur an administration fee of £5.
+++++++
Away Ticket Sales
If the club receives tickets to sell for an away match they will usually go on sale on to two weeks prior to the kick off date. They can be bought over the phone using a debit or credit card or in person at the main ticket office by cash, cheque credit or debit card. Credit cards incur a fee of £1 per sale.
Tickets can also be bought via post, if a cheque is sent, stating the correct value, with a SAE. The cheque should be made payable to Carlisle United AFC (1921) Ltd.
You can now purchase away tickets here on the official website via our online ticketing service.
The last postage is three working days before the match, and buying tickets in advance from us is always recommended.
Any remaining tickets are sent back to the away club and may be sold on the day of the game (this is subject to each clubs policy).
+++++++
Postponed or abandoned matches
In the event of severe weather conditions, or other extreme circumstances prior to a match, club officials through the safety officer will liaise with match officials, who would use their best endeavours to ensure that spectators would not be admitted into the ground if the game were likely to be postponed.
In the case where spectators were admitted in to the ground before kick off, and the game was not played, ticket holders would be entitled to free admission to the rearranged fixture.
If a match is postponed or abandoned before half time, then all supporters in possession of an original ticket will be given half price entry in to the replayed match.
If the game is abandoned after half time then there is no reduction in to the replayed match.
Anyone who cannot produce an original ticket stub will be required to pay full price.
