Our standing areas are on the west side of the ground and include The Cumberland Community Stand (A), Scores.co.uk – Stand B, Scores.co.uk – Stand B, Pirelli Family Stand – D and the Edinburgh Woollen Mill Stand. We also have seating areas on the east side of the ground which is known as the Pionner Foods Stand. Our terracing areas are the Paddock which runs along side the pitch and the H & H Warwick Road End which is located behind one of the goals and is undercover.
This season we are still continuing with the same ticketing system in all ticket office. When purchasing tickets from all areas you will be required to provide your name and address details. This will create a booking history for you so you won’t need to be asked every time you attend. The same scan entry and exit system will also be in operation within the stadium, fans are asked to have their season cards or tickets ready to be scanned upon arrival and expect to be scanned if leaving the stands on the west side of the ground at half time so will need to retain their tickets.
Match Day Sales – At 1.30pm all ticket office around the ground will open and tickets can be bought from these ticket offices for the relevant areas, the satellite ticket offices are cash only but there is a cash machine at the post office across the road from the east stand entrance.
These ticket offices will close 15 minutes after kick off. Shortly after that, tickets for that days game can be purchased at the Main Ticket Office.
Collection windows at the Main Ticket Office will open from 12.30pm and from 1.30pm over on the east side of the ground. Don’t forget if you are part of a family you can collect your CUFC Kids Activity Card from the Main Ticket Office which will keep the children entertained throughout the match.
The east stand collections window is open for collection of Pioneer Foods Stand and H & H Warwick Road End tickets. All other tickets can be collected from the Main Ticket Office.
The ticket offices are situated round the back on the east stand and next to the Paddock turnstiles.
The Main Ticket Office will only sell tickets for the seated areas in the west stand for the last hour and half before kick off and will only be selling that days game half an hour before kick off.

Concessionary tickets may be asked for proof of ID which should be brought with them to every match as stewards have the right to check ID if they feel necessary. If ID cannot be provided then the person with the incorrect ticket will be refused admittance. The ticket will then need to be upgraded to the correct price bracket at the Main Ticket Office and the difference paid. If proof of age can be provided within 5 working days of the game then the Club will be happy to reimburse them. For this to be carried out effectively the person upgrading their ticket should leave their name and address details with the ticket office staff who sold them the ticket.
Wheelchair & Carer – A Wheelchair & Carers ticket costs £4.00. However this section has limited space and we strongly advise these tickets to be bought in advance.
This section is located on the east side of the ground towards the H & H Warwick Road End and in the Paddock.
Ambulant Disabled Supporters – Individuals who require a full time carer to accompany them to the match can get a carers tickets free of charge.
This can be issued if when purchasing the tickets the person can show evidence of full time carer status.
The evidence we require is issued by the Department of Works and Pensions and showing the disability allowance in the higher band of care.
We strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance due to seating arrangements.
A fan with a full time carer pays more than a wheelchair user due to them being able to select the area they sit in and on them being able to use the facilities in the stand.
Misplaced or lost tickets – In the event of match day tickets being lost or forgotten, supporters are advised to go to the Main Ticket Office where, upon confirmation of address and booking details they can be issued with duplicate copies of their tickets at half the original cost.
The name and address of the supporter will be taken and they are required to return the original tickets, intact to the Main Ticket Office within 10 days of the game then the Club will be happy to reimburse the price of they paid for the re-print.
Refunds – Refunds can be given throughout the week and up until kick off of that game, the tickets needing refunded must be produced before a refund can be given. Refunds will not be accepted after the match has been played.
Upgrades and downgrades – To upgrade a season ticket the supporter must notify the ticket office of the change they wish to make.
The cost of the ticket will then be the difference between the original to the upgrade.
Season tickets can move areas on a match by match basis and there will be a Cost of 50p to do so.
If you wish to change your season ticket for the remainder of the season there will be an administration fee of £5 to re-print a new access card.
Away Ticket Sales – If the Club receives tickets to sell for an away match they will usually go on sale two weeks prior to the kick off date. They can be bought over the phone using a debit or credit card or in person at the Main Ticket Office by cash, cheque or debit card, credit cards will incur a fee of £1.00 per sale.
The last postage day is 3 working days before the match, and buying tickets from us is recommended.
Any remaining tickets are sent back to the away and may be sold on the day of the game (this is subject to each clubs policy).
Postponed or abandoned matches – In the event of severe weather conditions, or other extreme circumstances prior to a match, club officials through the safety officer will liaise with match officials, who would use their best endeavours to ensure that spectators would not be admitted into the ground if the game were likely to be postponed.
In the case where supporters were admitted in to the ground before kick off, and the game was not played, ticket holders would be entitled to free admission to the re-arranged fixture.
If a match is postponed or abandoned before half time, then all supporters in the possession of an original ticket will be given half price entry in to the replayed match.
If the game is abandoned after half time then there is no reduction in to the replayed match.
If a season ticket is left at home then a supporter should go to the Main Ticket Office where details will be taken upon proof of identification and seat clarification, a match ticket will then be provided for admittance at a charge of 50p.
If you have lost your season ticket report it as soon as possible to the Main Ticket Office so it can be put on hold and a new one printed, there will be an administration fee to replace an access card.
The Supporters Car Park is situated on the east side of the ground and will be open from 12.30pm on the day of the game.
