Eric Kinder spoke to us about the 3-0 victory over Morecambe:
"It was always going to be interesting to see how we coped with the fact that Ryan Bowman was away in Yeovil with the first team, because he scores the bulk of our goals.
Over the course of the last couple of seasons I've lost my main goal scorer at some point - Madine went to the first team and Cook went out on loan - so I have learned how to deal with that. I've been fortunate for three seasons now to have three out-and-out goal scorers, and I would be happy if I continued to lose players because they are making a step up.
The question that came up on Thursday when we found out that Bowman was travelling was - who will get the goals for us now? It looks like Mani Richardson might step up to the plate as he had a very influential game up front. He plays a little bit deeper than the other strikers that we have mentioned but he always seems to be in the right place at the right time.
He got himself another goal when he got behind the back of the defence. His first shot hit the keeper but the important thing was that he was alert enough to get the rebound.
Our first two goals came from rebounds and that was pleasing, because we had worked on it during the week. I have been very critical of the fact that we haven't reacted in recent weeks in situations like that, so the work that we did on the training pitch paid off for us.
The number of balls that roll back out from the keeper at this level is incredible, and it's something that we have to be more alive to.
The opening goal of the game came when James Reid got in a powerful shot that the keeper parried. Mark Sloan was on hand to smash that one in.
Mani Richardson got the second when he went through the defence only to have his shot saved. Like I say, he reacted quickly and put it away.
That put us two up at half time, and we could have been even further ahead. James Reid will feel that he should have scored from the position that he got himself in to, but we possibly have to give credit to the keeper for the save that he made.
We didn't actually start that well and they passed us off the pitch for the first 15 minutes or so. We weren't closing down and we gave them far too much space, but the first goal settled us down. We seem to have a problem at the moment where we start slowly in games and in the league. I have to look at that, because it's been the same through the three seasons that I have been here. Whether we get too confident or too cocky, I don't know. It's something that I want to get to grips with though, because it could hurt us.
We had to wait until almost the last kick of the game to get our third goal. Liam Davison spotted the keeper off his line and he lofted it over him to round off what was a good day.
He was 18 on Saturday so for him to score on his birthday, that gave him an added birthday present.
Morecambe posed a bit of a threat at times, and their left winger was a really good player.
James Wood had two excellent chances to score, James Bonner should have scored, Mani Richardson hit the post and we had some other chances in the second half, so I have to be happy with the result."
