Eric Kinder spoke to us about the 3-1 victory over Stockport County:
"It was a comfortable victory for us.
We were a bit thin on the ground with illness and injuries, but the lads played well and stuck to their task.
We were three goals up by half time, and we looked really good for it.
The first came when Jonny Blake ran through and had a shot that the keeper couldn't hold. James Reid followed it up and swept it in to the back of the net.
The second was a long, diagonal ball from Simon Lakeland that went to their centre half. He tried to lay it back to his keeper but he got his bearings wrong and scored an own goal.
Our third was a good goal. Ryan Bowman chased it down tight by the corner flag, made some space for himself and crossed it over. James Reid held it up then rolled it across the 6-yard box for Conor Tinnion to smash in to the net.
It was very windy and difficult conditions again and it was hard to really get the football flowing. We could probably have scored another couple in the second half, but we just couldn't finish our moves off.
They got one back with five minutes left to play when Tom Aldred hung a leg out and toppled their striker over in the area. It was sloppy play from Tom, but other than that it was a good performance all round.
Liam Davison wasn't feeling too clever when he woke up on Saturday but we got 60 minutes out of him, which was good. James Wood came on in his place and he played well.
James Reid had to give way to his back injury after an hour, so we were able to get Phil Towler involved.
Mark Gillespie didn't really have a shot to save, and the only thing he had to deal with was the penalty. It was quite an easy morning for him.
I'm more than happy with the performance and with the way that we went about things, even though we started slowly. You do get that at this stage of the season because the second years are on edge as they wait to find out what their future is.
If we can beat Shrewsbury in two weeks time then I will be confident that we go on and finish second. Wrexham still have to play Preston, so there is a possibility that points will be dropped, but we can't rely on that. We just have to keep going and make sure that we do our job."
