Andy Cook smashed home four goals in a 5-0 pre-season training match against Rochdale at Myerscough College this afternoon.

Ryan Bowman made it two goals in three days as he added to the goal fest, and Eric Kinder described the outing as 'a game that we played in thirds to add a bit of training value.'
