Ticket Collections: Tickets purchased for all areas over the telephone or internet for collection can be collected from the Main ticket office windows at Brunton Park from the day of purchase until kick off on the day.

There is a designated window for these collections on the day of the game only which opens at 10am. Tickets that have been purchased for the CBS Stand and WRE will be available as above until the satellite ticket office on the East side of the ground opens at 1.30pm, at which point the collection of tickets will revert to this location.

Ticket concessions: Concessionary tickets as well as junior and child tickets may require proof of ID. This should be brought with them to every match as Stewards reserve the right to check ID if they feel it is necessary. If at any time ID cannot be provided then the person with the incorrect ticket will be refused admittance. The ticket will then need to be refunded and upgraded to the correct price bracket at the ticket office at which the ticket was purchased. If proof of age can be provided within 5 working days of the game then the club will be happy to reimburse them. For this to be carried out effectively the person upgrading their ticket should leave their name, address details and telephone number with the ticket office staff who sold them the ticket.

Misplaced tickets: In the event of match-day tickets being forgotten, supports are advised to go to the main ticket office, where upon confirmation of address and booking details they can be issued with duplicate copies of their tickets at the full paying rate. The name, address and telephone number of the supporter will be taken and they are required to return the original tickets, intact, to the main ticket office within 5 days of the game for a refund.

Lost Tickets: If tickets have been lost then they will need to be replaced at the full cost of tickets on sale that day. If tickets are found within 5 working days of the game then the club will be happy to reimburse the tickets providing they are returned intact. Tickets that are damaged or not complete will not be accepted for a refund.

Wheelchair + Carer: A Wheelchair + Carer ticket costs £2. However the section has limited space and we strongly advice buying in advance. There are 2 locations: Cumberland Building Society Stand (East side) and Paddock (West side).

Disabled Supporters: Persons requiring a full time carer to accompany them to the match can get a carer ticket, which is free. This can only be issued if when purchasing the tickets the person can show evidence of full time carer status at the main ticket office. We accept a letter showing that disability allowance is in the middle / higher band. We strongly recommended booking your tickets in advance.

Student Discount: A student discount can be given to members of the Carlisle United Student card scheme. This entitles persons 18 and over to buy tickets at a concessionary rate. To join the scheme a student membership form needs to be completed and handed into the main ticket office along with a letter from the university or educational institute that they attend, two passport photographs and £15 admin fee payable by cash or cheque. The card takes approximately a week to process. The student will have to show this card upon purchase of their ticket and must be carried at all times upon entering the ground. If proof cannot be provided then the ticket would either have to be upgraded to the correct price or the student would have to go to the main ticket office to provide a separate form of ID based on their application form.

Refunds will not be given on tickets if the game has already been played.
