Carlisle United Football Club have been aware of the difficulties caused by the removal of the online ticket purchase option for our fans over the course of the last 12 months, and we can assure you that we have been working diligently in the background to rectify this issue as quickly as we possibly could. 

We are now delighted to announce that our online ticket service is now back up and running for the 2008/09 season.

Tickets for the Crewe Alexandra home game on Saturday 16 August 2008 are available to purchase now.

Separate step by step guides are provided below for our Members of Carlisle United and for all other users. 

If you are a MEMBER OF CARLISLE UNITED -

* Choose the ACTIVATE ACCOUNT option on the initial registration screen.

* Enter your Membership number (client reference number) in the relevant box.

* Enter your surname in the relevant box.

* Then click the FIND MY ACCOUNT button.

* You will then be taken to a registration screen where you will need to check and confirm your existing details and choose a unique user password. Please remember this password, as you will need it for future online ticket purchases.

* Once complete, you will be able to purchase your tickets for the Crewe game online.

For all other users:

* Click the REGISTER A NEW ACCOUNT option.

* You will be taken to a registration screen where you will need to fill in all relevant fields. Please remember the password that you choose, as you will need it for future online ticket purchases.

* Click the COMPLETE REGISTRATION button on the bottom right hand side of the screen and you will then be able to purchase tickets for the Crewe game online.

Please note - once you have registered or activated your account, you will then be able to log in using the Member log-in section of the online ticket welcome screen.
