Carlisle United fans can meet the players - and receive a free goalkeeper's shirt - at an exclusive season ticket holders' event being held at Brunton Park on Thursday afternoon.

Any supporters taking advantage of the club's new Early Buy option and purchasing their 2009-10 season tickets on Thursday are invited to meet members of the Blues' first team squad in Foxy's Restaurant from 12.30 - 2.30pm, when they will be able to collect autographs and take photos.

A similar meet-the-players session was held at the ground last Wednesday and proved particularly popular with youngsters on their Easter holidays who can buy season tickets from as little as £35 under the Early Buy option, which is available until April 30.

Blues fans of all ages are able to save up to £50 on the current campaign's season ticket prices, which have been frozen for the third year running, by applying for them before next month. The first 100 fans to do so will also receive a free United goalkeeper's shirt.

As a further bonus for junior Blues fans, the club are now offering home shirts in children's sizes for just £10, with adult shirts down to £15 and shorts £5.

Season tickets bought before the new April 30 Early Buy deadline start from just £260 for adults or family memberships and £185 for seniors. This represents the equivalent of up to 11 free games over a season and a total saving of up to £50 on the full season ticket prices, in addition to other benefits, including free admission to reserve games, priority for cup and away tickets and 5% discount in the Blues Store.

Season tickets can also be paid for over five equal monthly instalments to help ease the expense.

They can be purchased by calling the club's new ticket office direct line on 0844 371 1921 or by emailing ticket.printing@carlisleunited.co.uk.
