Forward Andy Cook signed his first professional contract with the club in January 2009 after an impressive goal scoring record at youth level.
Andy was snapped up on a youth contract after being spotted by scouts while playing for the Durham county side at U16 level.
He impressed in his first season with Eric Kinder's U18 side, scoring 22 goals and featuring in the side that defeated Manchester United in the FA Youth Cup, eventually being knocked out in the quarter-finals by Aston Villa.
With Gary Madine making the step up to first-team level, Andy became the main talisman for the youth side and his second season saw him hitting 37 goals at reserve and youth level, including six hat-tricks.
It was these performance that earned Andy an 18 month professional deal in January 2009. Shortly afterwards he joined United's non-league neighbours Workington on a loan deal, making 16 league apperances and scoring 5 goals for the Blue Square North side.

In his first full season as a professional Cook was again allowed to go out on-loan to gain first team experience, having another brief spell with Workington before joining Barrow on a month long loan deal in October 2009. He impressed during his time at Holker Street, scoring twice in four appearances before suffering a broken foot in a league clash against AFC Wimbledon that ruled him out for the rest of the season.
Fully fit again, Andy will be keen to impress in his second full season as a professional for the Blues.Under contract until the summer of 2011.
Andy is available to sponsor for the 2010/11 season.
