Gary Madine burst through the United Youth ranks to earn a two-and-a-half year professional contract shortly after making his first team debut against Nottingham Forest in March 2008.
His clinical finishing helped the United Youth side through to the quarter finals of the FA Youth Cup, and he backed these displays up with some assured performances in the Reserve team.
A young player with a bright future, he is tipped to make a big impact at Brunton Park.
Under contract until the summer of 2011.
