Former Manchester United trainee Ben Williams joined United in the summer of 2008 having spent the previous four seasons with Crewe Alexandra.
He flew through the ranks at Old Trafford and enjoyed loan spells with Altrincham and Chesterfield before making the move to Gresty Road.
He soon became first choice between the sticks for Dario Gradi and Steve Holland and made just over 150 appearances in all competitions for the Railwaymen.Now at Brunton Park, he comes determined to make the number one spot his own.
