United legend Hugh McIlmoyle gave us his thoughts on the 1-1 draw with Scunthorpe:
"It was a better performance on Saturday than Tuesday.
I was surprised that Scunthorpe were so poor and with a bit of luck we could have had more goals in the first half.
The most important thing though was that we got the point because when Scunthorpe got their equaliser they got on top of the match. In fact, they could have won when the big substitute nearly scored in time added on!
I thought that Richard Keogh had an outstanding game - he shone in a scrappy game. We are struggling a bit at home and it may be down to a lack of confidence. Having said that, the wind won't have helped - if there is one weather condition that footballers dislike above all others it is a high wind.
You just cannot predict how the ball will travel. It looks so easy from the stand but it certainly isn't the case on the pitch with a swirling wind!
I'm happy with a point - it may be that at the end of the season that point could make all the difference."
