United legend Hugh McIlmoyle gave us his opinion of the game against Peterborough:
"It was a belter of a game on Saturday and I thought when we went 3-1 that would be it.
Give Peterborough their due they came back at us and by the end of the match I was happy with the draw.
It was a better performance than we have had for a while - first half hour I thought we played exceptionally well.
Then, in the second half, when we got those two quick goals I thought the game was done.
There was plenty of excitement and goalmouth action. Ben Alnwick did excellently well - he came and took some good crosses and made some really good saves.
At the end of the day, that's another three goals we've conceded and I'm sure the manager will address that. However, we were up against one of the top strikers in the Division, so we do have to bear that in mind.
When you look at the players individually then you see that we have a very good squad. At the moment, when we make a mistake, we are getting punished for it. That's the type of run you can suffer sometimes.
Looking on the bright side it was a terrific game and hopefully we can push on from there and get back on to an even keel.
A draw was probably the right result and, if you must have a draw, then you might as well have three each than nothing each. Better value for money!"
