Carlisle United supporters can save themselves up to £28 if they buy a season ticket before tomorrow's final deadline for cut-price discounts.

More than 1,300 Blues fans took advantage of the club's first Early Buy option by snapping up season tickets for the 2010-11 campaign at the lowest possible price before the initial April 30 deadline.

However, these savings were only available to existing season ticket holders.

But ALL Blues fans - including lapsed season ticket holders or those who have never had one before - can cash in on the current offer which is available until 5pm this Friday June 18.

And these savings are on top of all the money season ticket holders will already be saving for the coming campaign just by buying one.

Club director Dick Young said: "Having a season ticket guarantees you the cheapest way of seeing every Carlisle United home league game, as well as lots of other benefits, but if you buy one before this Friday's final deadline, you will save yourself even more money.

"It's important that fans know that every season ticket we sell strengthens Carlisle United's hand as we continue to work away at bringing in a higher calibre of player for next season.

"We did well to improve our league positon last season, as well as enjoying cup succes, including a trip to Wembley, but we want to continue improving, and having more season ticket holders will help us achieve this."

With nearly two months still to go until the big League One kick off on Saturday August 7 against Brentford at Brunton Park, season ticket sales are already closing in on last season's total of 2,145, with 1,682 having been bought so far.

The squad rebuilding has already seen defender Sean McDaid and forwards Jason Price and Craig Curran arrive this summer, with vice-captian Danny Livesey also adding to the good news by signing a new deal.

The club has also invested £50,000 over the close season improving the pitches at Brunton Park and the training facilities at Creighton.

Adult season tickets bought before tomorrow's deadline cost £300 to stand or £380 to sit, rising to £323 or £408 after that date. Children's season tickets are from £80 and or just £160 for juniors and £220 for seniors. Family season tickets start at £300 and are available for up to one adult and two juniors.

The prices work out at barely £13 a game for adults or less than £4 for a child throughout a 23-game League One season. They also reflect an increase of £1 a game for the 2010-11 campaign - the first rise in four years. Admission remains free for accompanied under-sevens.
