Carlisle United have been drawn to face Bristol City at Ashton Gate in the second round of the Carling Cup after overcoming Oldham Athletic in round one on Tuesday evening.

Manager Greg Abbott said: "We seem to get long away draws in this competition in the second round, and obviously this is no different.

"There's nothing we can do about it though, and it's a good tie for us, because they are a very good side that we can go and test ourselves against."
