The Football League tribunal hearing into striker Danny Graham's summer move to Watford will take place on Thursday 6 August 2009.

An initial hearing date was set for 27 July but that was postponed at the request of Watford due to pre-season friendly commitments.

Manager Greg Abbott said: "It's frustrating that it has been set for that date because it is two days before our first game of the season, and we should be concentrating on that.

"However, I have to be at the tribunal to give my opinion on the football side of it. Obviously it is still also very unclear as to what the fee is going to be, so we're not even in a position to make a guess on that. It's not an ideal situation at all, but we have to get on with it."
