2 mins - Evan Horwood had the first chance of the game with a long range effort that sailed over the bar.
4 mins - Margate countered with a 17-yard shot that Pidgeley had covered.
11 mins - Murphy conceded a free kick 20-yards from goal but it was a poor, high effort that never troubled the keeper.
13 mins - Kavanagh curled a difficult 23-yard free kick over the bar as he tried to outwit the keeper wide from the left.
17 mins - A high bounce in midfield left Anyinsah with a run at goal. He carried it into the box but dragged his left foot shot just wide of the target.
22 mins - Great football from United resulted in a goal for Conor Tinnion as he followed the move into the box. Dobie and Anyinsah combined to put Taylor into a crossing position and he cut back inside on his left foot. His low shot was palmed away by the keeper but Tinnion was on hand to stroke it into the back of the net. Margate 0 - 1 United.
24 mins - Pidgeley was well placed to gather a 19-yard shot as Margate tried to work a way through the middle.
27 mins - More good football from United brought a cross from Tinnion, but Margate covered and cleared as Taylor raced in to apply the finishing touch.
31 mins - Another flowing move doubled the lead when Taylor raced past a challenge and sent a low cross in. Anyinsah back heeled it and Conor Tinnion was there to tap it in as the keeper pushed it into his path. Margate 0 - 2 United.
32 mins - Margate went close with a dipping shot that hit the top of the net, with Pidgeley watching it all the way.

51 mins - Ian Harte made it 3-0 with what can only be described as a wonderful free kick. He struck it with power from 23-yards and found the top corner, and left the keeper with no chance.
57 mins - United were awarded a penalty when a Margate defender slid in to cut out a Rothery cross, but stopped the ball with his hand. Ian Harte swept the resulting kick into the bottom corner. Margate 0 - 4 United.
62 mins - Matt Robson had a shot from 19-yards but the defender got enough on it to deflect it wide.
66 mins - Madine flicked it on and sent Robson into the box. He cut in and made the bye line before finding Bridge-Wilkinson, who had made a great run to the near post. He volleyed first time, but it hit the side netting.
69 mins - Excellent football involving one-touch passing from Rothery, Taiwo and Bridge-Wilkinson gave Madine space on the edge of the area. He picked his spot with a low shot into the bottom corner from 18-yards. Margate 0 - 5 United.
77 mins - Margate sent a decent corner into the box and Collin had to gather on his line as it ricocheted off two blue shirts and eventually found a way through to him.
79 mins - Another 22-yard Harte free kick brought a corner as it deflected off the wall and edged its way past the post.
80 mins - Gavin Rothery picked his spot in the top corner as United worked the ball and created space. Margate 0 - 6 United.
83 mins - United survived a goalmouth scramble as the ball pinged around in the box. Livesey stepped in to clear it.
