Doncaster striker Gareth Taylor has returned to his parent club following a one-month loan spell at Brunton Park.

Taylor, 36, scored once in his five appearances for the Cumbrians but returns to the Keepmoat today.

Greg Abbott said: "Gareth came in and helped us out just when we needed it and he has been excellent for us.

"He is a superb professional and we wish him well."
