Carlisle United Boss Neil McDonald has decided not to pursue his interest in Dutch winger Reggie Faria.

Faria, who played in the 2-0 friendly win over Barrow last weekend, has been holding talks with United via his agent, since returning to Holland on Sunday.

Neil McDonald told us tonight: "We had a look at him but we have decided not to follow that up at this stage. The search for players to strengthen the squad continues, of course, and we're working hard to bring in the right people to help to move us forward."
