PROGRESS BEING MADE
More from the Physiotherapy Department:
Chris Lumsdon is coming along well. He's doing cardio-vascular work at the moment - and lots and lots of ankle strengthening excercises. He should be in some form of training with the lads by the time we play Chesterfield, and I expect him to be available for the Cheltenham game.
Simon Hackney is also working very hard on his cardio-vascular excercises and will be progressing to his bike next week. We should get him running in about a months time. He is working really hard on his quad and knee exercises, so he's doing well.
Neale McDermott has had a small problem with a muscle in his back, and with a joint, and he'll be out of training for three or four days. He should be back with the first team by the end of this week.
Matthew Wood is coming along very well now. He has done lots of strengthening work on his ankle, and he should also be back in full training by the end of this week.
That's all for now,
Keep well,
Dolly
