WEEKLY INJURY UPDATE

Posted on: Fri 27 Nov 2009

The latest news from the treatment table:

David Raven is on crutches for a month but has started his range of movement exercises. He will start to do some gentle cycling next week.

Paul Thirlwell has been increasing his rehabilitation programme and is looking at approximately 2 to 3 weeks before he returns to full training.

Marc Bridge-Wilkinson has had a scan on his knee and that has shown that there is no serious damage. The surgeon says that that he should be out for another two to three weeks.

Andy Cook is awaiting confirmation of a date for his surgery. Once he has been through that he will be ruled out for the remainder of the season.

Richard Offiong jarred his knee during the training session in Nottingham on Monday. He has irritated a tendon at the back of the knee so we will let it settle for a few days and possibly look to get it scanned at some point next week.
